Ordering and Returns
- Orders place with Free Ground Shipping will ship within 1-3 business days. Please be advised that during sale events or national holidays, shipping times may be longer.
- You will receive an email once your jewelry ships with shipping confirmation.
- Free shipping discount codes are eligible on domestic orders.
- For questions regarding the status of your shipment once in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- The safety of your jewelry is important to us, so we do not ship over the weekend.
- Paid shipping is not eligible for refunds.
We use a flat shipping rate for all shipments, which are shipped via UPS.
Pre-tax orders over $500.00 are eligible for Free UPS Ground Shipping.
UPS Ground Shipping: $15.00
UPS 2-Day Shipping: $45.00
UPS Overnight Shipping: $90.00
For 2-Day and Overnight Shipping, orders must be received by noon in order to arrive on the 2nd day or the next day. For example, an order placed by noon on Tuesday with 2-day shipping will arrive Thursday, and an order placed on Tuesday by noon with Overnight Shipping will arrive Wednesday. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday when the store is closed shall be considered as Tuesday morning orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your jewels! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your ONLINE order, we accept returns for refunds minus a 5% restocking fee, merchandise credit or exchanges for merchandise ordered through our website up to 14 days after purchase. For items returned within 30 days, we offer exchanges or a merchandise credit. To process a return, please follow the below steps:
- Contact us using our online form here. Please include the full name on the order as well as the Order Number (example) and reason for return.
- You will receive an email back asking if you would like a refund via your original payment method minus a 5% restocking fee, a merchandise credit for the full payment, or to make an exchange.
- When you are ready to ship your package back to us, please be sure the jewels are secure using a padded envelope in a box or equivalent protection.
- When sending the box, please include a printed invoice with the shipment.
If you are not happy with your IN-STORE purchase, we offer refunds in the form of merchandise credit up to 30 days after purchase. Please note, that in-store purchases are only eligible for merchandise credit.
Other conditions that apply:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return, exchange, or refund to be processed.
- All returns must be unworn with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns for merchandise credit will be issued in the full amount that was paid at checkout.
- If your jewelry was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email our Customer Care team with the subject line “EJ Customer Care”, and we will gladly help you with a repair or replacement.
- By selecting ‘This is a Gift’ at checkout, your jewels will be shipped in a gift box.
- Should you like to include a gift note, it will be printed and placed within the box at shipping.
- Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are unable to accommodate a change in packaging after the order has been placed.
General Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is designed and crafted to the standards of fine jewelry.
Here are some tips to extend the life of the jewelry:
- Maintain the jewelry’s beauty by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, makeup or any other harsh cleaning products.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
- Bring your jewelry in for complimentary jewelry cleanings or clean and polish your jewels at home using a soft, dry, polishing cloth to gently remove any debris.
- Store your jewelry in a safe place.
